Location, location, location! Take a look through my gallery of locations and see which would fit your aesthetic the best. It is also a good chance to think about where your children would feel most comfortable, choosing a beach when they don't like sand wont make them happy campers!
All my locations have been tried and tested and I know how to work with them best, but I am always p for a new challenge if you have come across something beautiful, or just happy to catch up in your own home!
Lighting is the number one most important element in creating breathtaking photos! The best light is about an hour after sunrise or one hour before sunset, So ideally we’ll meet in the late afternoon. But I will confirm the time with you prior to your session.

Field, Jimboomba
Long grass, short grass, kangaroos and cows! Long winding road flanked by cows, a true country setting with the rolling hills and fantastic view of the sunset. The location has a 150-200m walk from the road, not easily accessible with pram or wheelchair. The red flowers bloom towards end of August-early October.
Field, Waterford
A verastile location, large trees, long and short grass! A tree to climb, places to explore!
Beach, Southport
Another versatile location, a long track to the beach with fluffy grass along the way, sand dunes and of course the crashing waves of the beach. Perfect place for little ones to show their natural selves! This location has a long walk to the water, thongs are required on the walk out.
Pine forest, Mermaid Beach
My absolute favourite location to photograph at, a beautiful pine forest with sun leaks through the trees, and towards the end of the session we head to the lake next to it for some calm water shots. This location is close to the road and great for pram and wheelchair access.

Rocky Beach, Currumbin
The Gold Coast's very own "Pride rock" as I call it! This beach has so many beautiful elements, would be perfect for sunrise or sunset!
This location is currently undergoing construction and may not be usable.
Creek, Currumbin
Snuggled into a little pocket of Currumbin is this beautiful flowing creek, beautiful trees to climb and leading to further areas to explore with your littles.
Beach, Miami, Gold Coast
Walk along the waters edge, climb amongst the rocks.. a beautiful beach, perfect at sunrise or sunset. There is a long walk to the beach, not ideal for pram or wheelchair access.
Highland Cows, Currumbin, Gold Coast
Capture a memorable experience with the highland cows, mini sessions available periodically or full sessions on request, will require a location hire fee on top of the session fee.
